Foundation Perpetual Markets support deposits and withdrawals from five major blockchains, providing flexibility and accessibility for users across multiple ecosystems.
Foundation enables users to deposit assets from any supported chains, including both EVM and non-EVM types. Upon depositing assets into our dedicated deposit contract, our system will efficiently synchronize these changes into our subnet and record them in our off-chain database. For spot accounts, deposits are accepted in all listed tokens. As for perpetual accounts, we currently support deposits in USDC only.
For spot accounts on Foundation, users have the flexibility to withdraw any amount from their balances to chains that support the specific asset they intend to withdraw. In the case of perpetual accounts, withdrawals are limited to the available USDC in the user's account. Our risk engine plays a crucial role in these transactions, ensuring that the account's maintenance margin stays at a healthy level.
It's important to note that all withdrawal requests may take up to 24 hours to complete. This timeframe allows us to conduct thorough risk management and effectively rebalance assets across different chains. However, under normal circumstances, withdrawals typically should take a few minutes.
